Eligibility window
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of enrollment provided the learner has not consumed more than 15% of the program content.
Non-refundable components
One-off workshop fees, applicable payment gateway charges, and certificate fees issued at completion are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Write to hr@techzenoedutech.com from your registered email with your name, program enrolled and reason for the request. Our team will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
Cancellations by TechZeno
If we cancel a cohort or program, learners are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid or, at their preference, a transfer to the next available cohort.
